TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY:

All regular prices are for an 8 hour rental term, all rentals over 8 hours will be charged according to the number of hours rented. Earliest deliveries start from 8am on the day of the event and can range to the customers desired delivery time. Pickups can range up to 3 hours after the desired pickup time. It is required to have at least a 3-hour window for delivery and pickup so drivers can make deliveries on time, otherwise, delivery and pickup times are NOT GUARANTEED. Latest pickup time is at 8pm. If the event goes late into the night it is recommended to choose the overnight option (additional fee depending on product rented), which we will than pickup the following morning between 8am - 12pm.

DREAM BOUNCE may assess additional charges for the locations outside of our service area and that are difficult to deliver.

PICKUP:

Pickup’s will begin from your requested time, and not before, but can range up to 3 hours after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). Please allow up to 3 hours window for the pickup. If you are finished using the bouncers before the pickup time, you may simply unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. Overnight pickups are done the next morning between 8am - 12pm, usually the majority of the pickups are around 12pm.

ONLINE ORDERS:

All the orders made online, through our or partner websites 72 hours prior to event date, should be confirmed by phone. If this obligation is not met, DREAM BOUNCE reserves the right to cancel the order.

SETUP:

Inflatables can be setup on grass, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, or sand. Cleaning fees apply for units to be set up on sand, customer MUST notify DREAM BOUNCE during reservation. It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure there is a large enough space for setup. Customer is responsible for measuring their setup area to make sure it will fit. If, upon delivery time, DREAM BOUNCE discovers there is not enough space for setup, then a cancellation fee may be applied up to the full amount of the rental.

STAIRS:  Customer must inform DREAM BOUNCE of any stairs/steps present to the area of setup. A Delivery Fee is applied for each product, if stairs are present. Please contact DREAM BOUNCE in case of 20+ stairs. DREAM BOUNCE reserves the right to cancel the order, if the quantity of the actual stairs is provided incorrect and/or it will be impossible to deliver the product to the mentioned place. Please call DREAM BOUNCE in case of 20+ stairs to make sure that your order would be provided.

GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE DREAM BOUNCE RENTALS UNIT:

(1) Only appropriate age groups and size shall play on the DREAM BOUNCE unit at the same time. The Maximum number of players of each group that should play in the DREAM

BOUNCE unit at one time are:

 


(2) Children's safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the lessee of the DREAM BOUNCE unit, the safety of all players is your responsibility.

(3) To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

(4) All players MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the DREAM BOUNCE unit.

(5) Absolutely no gum, food,"Silly String", candy or other sticky substances are allowed in the DREAM BOUNCE unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $45.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.

(6) DO NOT MOVE the DREAM BOUNCE unit from the place where it was originally installed. If the DREAM BOUNCE unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation.

CAUTION: Keep the DRAM BOUNCE unit away from swimming pools.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The DREAM BOUNCE unit's equipment is reliable. Should the DREAM BOUNCE unit begin to deflate:

(a) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the DREAM BOUNCE unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary.

(b) The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 100 foot extension cord on the outlet (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Lessee shall be in charge of the DREAM BOUNCE unit's operation, and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the DREAM BOUNCE unit in good working condition. Lessor and its officers, employees and agents is/are not responsible for injury occurring to the Lessee or to any other persons using the DREAM BOUNCE unit, and the Lessee further agrees to hold the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor and its officers, employees and agents from / against any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees and related costs involving the use and return of the DREAM BOUNCE unit, should legal action become necessary.

SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about and fully understands the safe operation of the DREAM BOUNCE unit that is the subject of this rental agreement. lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions. lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay four thousand ($3900) if it is not returned.

WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the DREAM BOUNCE unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. The DREAM BOUNCE unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor's obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the DREAM BOUNCE unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and of any and all obligations and of all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the DREAM BOUNCE unit. 

ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: No alteration in or attachments to the DREAM BOUNCE unit will be made without prior written approval of Lessor.

MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the DREAM BOUNCE unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected.

TITLE TO DREAM BOUNCE RENTALS: Lessee agrees to keep the DREAM BOUNCE unit in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the Delivery Address, or otherwise transfer such DREAM BOUNCE unit. The DREAM BOUNCE unit will remain the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor at any time after the termination of this Rental Agreement.

DAMAGE WAIVER:

Damage Waiver is an acknowledgement between Dream Bounce and Renter, which relieves Renter from any liability caused by damages not in the control of the Renter. This document will provide the details of the Damage Waiver agreement, including agreement between parties, everything covered by the agreement, and everything that will not be covered by the agreement. INSURANCE CERTIFICATE:

Dream Bounce INC. is fully insured and delivers to all city, county, and state parks that allow inflatables. Generally public facilities such as parks and recreation centers require the applicant to acquire additional insurance from Dream Bounce for the bouncer rental. Customer should reserve units approximately 3-4 days before event day to allow time for processing the required insurance certification with the park. For all special paperwork like endorsements or waivers of subrogation, please allow at least 1 week for processing. Additional fees may apply based on insurance paperwork requirements.

RAIN POLICY:

During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refunds, discounts or rain checks!

We are determined to provide the best service in the industry. It is the driver's responsibility to make sure the bounce house is properly spiked down and in reasonably clean condition. If you feel that the driver has not done a satisfactory job in setting up the unit, please call us immediately.

CANCELATION POLICY:

If a customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so 72 HOURS (3 days) before their reservation day. If customer cancels their order 48 hours (1-2 days) of their reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total will be applied. If the customer cancels their order the day of the rental, they will be charged the whole rental amount.

PARK RESERVATIONS:

Note: Customer must be present at the park at least 1-2 hours before the time of delivery.

Permits: Customer should call the local city Park and Recreation Department to inquire about their rules and regulations prior to placing order. Park permits are required from the customer prior to event date by most parks, some don’t require it, so please check with park officials to make sure.

PLEASE NOT THAT ALL PARK ORDERS SHOULD BE CONFIRMED WITH US BY PHONE!

ELECTRICITY: 

A 4000 watt generator, or stronger, is required for all inflatable going to a park, unless park facility provides electricity and customer has ensured there will be a dedicated 15 AMP circuit available. Please contact DREAM BOUNCE to make sure you reserve the correct amount of generators. If customer opts to have their own generator, and not rent one from us, than powering the generator and ride will be entirely customer's responsibility and DREAM BOUNCE will not be held liable if generator does not work or does not provide adequate power. We advise all customers to rent a generator from DREAM BOUNCE so we can make sure there will be sufficient power and no issues.

Please not that DREAM BOUNCE is not responsible for Low voltage power or circuit breakers issues, that can appear at the customer's location.

WATER UNITS: 

Water units cannot be setup at a park since a dedicated water supply and water hose are required, something that parks don’t provide for their guests.

Please not that DREAM BOUNCE is not responsible for water pressure issues, that can appear at the customer's location.

TABLES, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS:

We do not deliver tables, chairs, or umbrellas to a park unless an inflatable is added to the order. Customer always has the option to pickup tables, chairs, and umbrellas at a discounted rate.

SUPERVISION OF INFLATABLES:

Customer is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants using DREAM BOUNCE products. Therefore, there should be a responsible and mature adult supervising the operation of the units at all times. Limit the number of children allowed in case of inflatable jumpers. Don't allow to slide more than one at the time. Safety of all participants in units is the responsibility of the person supervising. Participants inside the units SHOULD NOT, AT ANY TIME, be allowed to do anything that is/are prohibited by the safety rules. Blatant disregard of the safety rules may result in physical injuries and/or additional fees for any food, silly string, or items not allowed. Safety instructions are usually located on the front of the unit, which need to be read and understood by any and all people supervising every game.

PRICING POLICY:

Please note that prices and conditions featured on this website may vary (increase/decrease) due to peak demand periods, changes in surcharges, delivery fees or taxes. Prices quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the rental date.
